After graduating from university, Satoko Yamada learned English in Singapore, after which, she gained employment with a Japanese electronics parts maker in Singapore, where she was engaged in quality control. After returning to Japan, Ms. Yamada gained employment with a gaming machine manufacturer, where she managed gaming licenses. Through her experience in working for a translation company, Ms. Yamada entered our office in 2014 as a translator.
