Sukanya Hummel is a member of the International Affairs Department where she assists the existing and prospective clients of Sonoda & Kobayashi.

Sukanya graduated from the University of Minnesota Law School in 2016. She has experience working in both the public and private spector, as she started her career clerking at the Minnesota Court of Appeals and then worked at Nilan Johnson Lewis in the employment and corporate law groups. Before joining the firm, She worked as an in-house attorney at Best Buy Corporation in the advertising law group for four years. She joined the firm in September 2023.
