Following graduation, Masatoshi Fukuzawa has had extensive experience in intellectual property at patent law firms. He served in various roles not only for patent prosecution, but also for SEPs (Standard Essential Patents) related to wireless communication and video coding. Specifically, he engaged in writing professional opinions regarding patent validity and infringement for SEPs. He joined Sonoda & Kobayashi in 2024.
